In January last year, a retailing vision was formed. The new management team at Birchwood set about the creation of a strategy which would take the company into new realms of retailing excellence. New Birchwood was born and progress has been swift. Under the guidance of Operations Director, Pete Parker, there have been a significant number of positive changes for the business. A new appointment of Andrew Bremer as the Group Commercials Sales Manager has been hailed as a huge triumph. Parker spoke of the appointment “We have been looking for further growth in the new and used van sales arena. The impetus over the last year or so has opened our eyes to the vast opportunity in the area. Andrew will bring not only bring years of experience, but a necessary professional and managerial boost to the department. This will bring improved control to all aspects of this retail operation which will manifest in a bigger and more satisfied customer base. We are delighted to have Andrew aboard”
Andrew joins Birchwood with over 20 years dealership experience, the majority as dealership manager. Despite running a highly successful operation at his previous commercial dealership, Andrew recognised the huge potential on offer from New Birchwood and agreed to head up the Group’s Commercial Department. Andrew says ‘I am delighted to be returning to New Birchwood and to the Ford franchise, having previously worked here some years ago. Having run a successful commercial operation I appreciate the fantastic opportunity but realise our service standards are crucial. I am fully committed to introducing a culture of professionalism with a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a friendly welcoming atmosphere to all our past, present and future customers’
